PROPERTY LAW
The term is much wider and includes any creation and/or amendment of Property Rights, Real Rights over Properties, etc., including, but not limited to:
- Advice on community scheme related matters (Sectional Titles and Homeowners’ Associations);
- Commercial property litigation, including litigation relating to community schemes;
- Assistance with the drafting of applications to (and defending applications instituted in) the Community Schemes Ombud Service (CSOS) and, where leave is obtained, representation at CSOS;
- Conveyancing;
- Town planning advice
Our Conveyancing Department is headed by Director, JO-HANNA NELL (ONA), assisted by HANNELIE HATTINGH. Both Ona and Hannelie are admitted conveyancers and notaries.
